Adding a subscription product

In order for you to be able to charge your members (or the public) subscription fees, you must first create a subscription product in the dashboard.

1. Go to left-navigation and press the Products section, select the Subscriptions tab, and click the 'add product' button.
2. Add a name, and optionally a description
3. Is product active?: Disabling this allows you to define a product in draft form, before you make it available to your target audience.
4. Is product available to group members?: Enabling this allows group members to subscribe to this product.
5. Is product available to the general public?: This option allows you to define whether this product is available for the public to subscribe to.
6. Billing day of month: the day of month that each subscriber's bank payment will be initiated.
7. Billing month of year: optionally the month of year (in conjunction with day of month) for annual subscriptions, that each subscriber's bank payment will be initiated.
8. Payment start behaviour: This defines what happens when someone signs up - they either start payment immediately, or they have a free grace-period until the billing start cycle is reached.
9. Images: you can add one or more images to the product, that will appear on the shop page for that product.
10. Variants: You can add one or more prices for a subscription product - for example you can have multiple prices for different pricing tiers. You must have at least one active price. The price will only be available if you ensure it is 'active'.
