What happens when members accept an invitation
When a member receives an invitation email, they follow a secure link that guides them through creating their account and joining your group.
Member sign-up flow
- The member opens the invitation email and clicks the link.
- They are taken to the sign-up page on Gighammer.
- They create their account by entering their email and choosing a password.
- If a subscription amount was set, they are prompted to complete payment via Stripe.
- They are then required to enter their profile information (name, address, phone etc.)
- They are then required to choose (or create) their role within the group.
- At this point they are automatically associated with your group.
After joining your group
Once a member has joined, they can:
- View upcoming events and respond to attendance requests.
- Update their profile and contact details.
- Access group messages and announcements.
- Purchase items from your shop if you have one set up.
