Managing Members

You may need to keep an eye on your membership from time to time.

  1. In the left-navigation, select the members section.
  2. You can search for a member using the search bar at the top of the list
  3. You can filter members by role by using the filter button at the top of the list
  4. If you are an admin, you can edit each member in the group to change their role, and/or optionally make them an admin user. Note that if you make a user an admin, they will be able to manage most aspects of members, events, and some revenue settings for your group. You can also delete a member here if they have left the group.
  5. If a member leaves, you can delete them from the group here. If they are currently paying a subscription for group membership, deleting them here will also cancel their direct debit payments.
  6. If you are not an admin, you can change your own role in the group either in this page, or in the Your Account page, and if you are leaving the group then you should manage your group account on the Your Account page.
  7. Admins can also view contact information for each member - and if that member is a minor with an associated guardian, then the guardian's contact information will appear here also.
