Inviting members to your group

You can invite members to join your group by sending them an email invitation. Each invitation contains a secure link that guides them through creating an account and joining your group.

How to invite members

  1. In the left navigation of the dashboard, open the Members section.
  2. Click the Invite Members button.
  3. Enter one or more email addresses in the form. When you add an email address you must press the green button to add them to the list
  4. You can optionally add a guardian email address for minors. This will send an invite to both emails for that member. You can read more about guardian accounts here.
  5. You can optionally set a subscription amount for the invitee. If you have set up your connected Stripe account, and also set up your subscription product, then you have the ability to invite a member at a set subscription price.
  6. When you have added all email addresses, click 'Send Invitations'.  

Inviting minors with guardians

If a member is a minor, you can associate a guardian email address with their invitation. The guardian receives a linked invitation and can help manage the account and payments.

Inviting members with subscriptions

When you set a subscription amount for an invitee, they will be prompted to complete payment setup during sign-up. This requires that you have already enabled revenue features, connected your Stripe account, and set up your subscription product.
