Inviting members to your group
You can invite members to join your group by sending them an email invitation. Each invitation contains a secure link that guides them through creating an account and joining your group.
How to invite members
- In the left navigation of the dashboard, open the Members section.
- Click the Invite Members button.
- Enter one or more email addresses in the form. When you add an email address you must press the green button to add them to the list
- You can optionally add a guardian email address for minors. This will send an invite to both emails for that member. You can read more about guardian accounts here.
- You can optionally set a subscription amount for the invitee. If you have set up your connected Stripe account, and also set up your subscription product, then you have the ability to invite a member at a set subscription price.
- When you have added all email addresses, click 'Send Invitations'.
Inviting minors with guardians
If a member is a minor, you can associate a guardian email address with their invitation. The guardian receives a linked invitation and can help manage the account and payments.
Inviting members with subscriptions
When you set a subscription amount for an invitee, they will be prompted to complete payment setup during sign-up. This requires that you have already enabled revenue features, connected your Stripe account, and set up your subscription product.
