Locking Responses

If you are in the event details page for an event, you will see a button in the top-right button toolbar on the page that has a padlock icon. If you press this button, the padlock will close - meaning that the event is now locked. This means that members can no longer add or edit their responses to an event. There are several reasons why you might want to do this.

1. You need responses by a deadline, and once the deadline has arrived you don't want your numbers to change.
2. You might have player selection enabled for an event, and in order to reliably select certain players for an event, it makes sense to lock responses first.

Whatever the reason, once the event is locked, players can no longer respond. However, you can unlock and re-lock the event at any time.
